Guaranteed Savings

Community solar should never cost a subscriber more than it saves. Guaranteed minimum savings (generally 10-20%) will ensure that the program benefits Pennsylvanians and protects consumers.

Many states have savings guarantees. While the amount may be higher for low-wealth subscribers, there should be some minimum savings level in place for all program participants.
